| Can You Identify This Machine?

Debbie Surdyke wrote to me recently, trying to identify this machine and learn more about it's operation. She wrote,"Yes I need help. I am a novice at sewing, as in just a week. My aunt gave me a sewing machine with no instruction manual and no mfg. It only says "Model 1200- made in Japan. There are no numbers or anything else written on this machine. What do I do? I don't know how to use it. Are all machines basically alike? Do you thread the bobbin, load the bobbin, change the needle,like all other machines? I'm really lost. Thank you."
