The Sewing Machine Presser Foot Lever:
- The presser foot lever raises and lowers the presser foot.
- When the presser foot lever is in the upward position, the tension disks are disengaged.
- When the presser foot lever is down the tension disks are engaged.
- The amount of pressure exerted on the presser foot is controlled by the Pressure Adjustment
